Here is a sneak peek of our booth set up! We had one hour to setup, which flew by and then basically had people to pitch and explain our games to from there on out! That is why we only got a handful of photos from the whole event. You can imagine our social batteries looked like the fading red light on a Gameboy by the end of it all! But we got to recharge our batteries after with some family time and hot dogs.

All in all it was a really motivating experience, especially since 70% of the people who came to our booth had never actually played a Gameboy at all! The remainder either had a nostalgia overflow from being able to play a Gameboy again or even a few who still owned a GB! You can also imagine my struggle to explain to someone what a Gameboy printer is and my internal struggle when I spewed out "It's essentially a glorified receipt printer" That one hurt my inner child lol

My wife and I kept imagining if the people who came by were characters from RollerCoaster Tycoon what would their internal guest thoughts be?


"I don't even have a Gameboy"
"Is this Game coming to Switch?"
"I want something more thrilling than Cats!"
"This Gameboy Cartridge is really good value"

 So would we do it again? Absolutely! In fact we will be! We are going to be doing a booth at the Detroit Retro Game Show a little later this month! If you are in Michigan please stop by and say "Howdy"

But it was a very good turnout with lots of interest in our games and plenty of steam wish lists as well!
